Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellations
- Before Shipping: You can cancel your product order within 24 hours of purchase or before the item has been dispatched, whichever comes first. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at +91 9888335557.
- After Shipping: Once an order has been shipped or handed over to our courier partners, it cannot be cancelled.
- Consultations: Appointments for Ayurvedic consultations must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled time slot.
2. Returns and Eligibility
Due to the hygiene, perishable, and personal care nature of wellness and Ayurvedic products, we only accept returns under the following specific conditions:
- The product was delivered in a damaged condition.
- The product is expired or near expiry at the time of delivery.
- The wrong item was shipped to you.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all seals intact. You must report any transit damages or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your return request along with proof of damage or error (such as unboxing videos or photographs sent via email or WhatsApp), we will inspect the issue.
- Approved Refunds: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- Timeline: The refunded amount typically reflects in your bank account or card statement within 5 to 7 business days, depending on your payment issuer’s policies.
- Consultation Refunds: Eligible consultation cancellations will be refunded minus any standard payment gateway processing fees.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Opened or partially consumed Ayurvedic formulations, herbs, or medicines.
- Missing items or damage claims reported after 48 hours from the time of delivery.
- Consultations where the user fails to show up without prior 24-hour notice.
